Car culture can be a poetic experience or a reminder of things that annoy us. It also has the ability to numb us and make us go into a holding pattern until it is over. Perhaps we are so absorbed in the music we listen to in the car that we miss the visual experience. I don't see any need for road rage when the traveling in the car is as interesting as it often is, liking what you see or not. The lesson in this is to see the beauty of the moment.
